Paint and dyes make our lives more colorful, chocolate melts in your mouth and the perfect make-up gives you a radiant complexion – the Business Unit Grinding & Dispersing, one of three business units of the global NETZSCH Group, offers a comprehensive program for the many challenges in mechanical process engineering. Here the Business Unit is primarily involved in the areas of wet and dry grinding, mixing, dispersing, de-aeration and classifying. The laboratory- and production-scale machines, as well as complete production lines, are used in almost all areas of industry, such as the forward-looking nanotechnology, the production of ink, minerals or foods. The bundling of processing know-how, our extensive machine program, solutions for customer-specific problems and our global presence are unique and hence the strength of the business unit.

Customized for every application, machines for mixing, kneading and dispersing of low- to high-viscosity products are available to you from NETZSCH-Feinmahltechnik GmbH, along with a wide variety of wet-grinding units for comminution down to the nanoscale. And if you're processing dry products by cutting, fine grinding or fine classification, you'll find a wealth of know-how and an equally diverse program of fine impact mills, classifier and jet mills, as well as fine-cutting mills and high-capacity fine classifiers available from NETZSCH-CONDUX Mahltechnik GmbH.

Our Service - Your Success

For your grinding and dispersing projects, we maintain state-of-the-art applications laboratories in Selb and Hanau (Germany), Exton, PA (USA), Shanghai (China), Tula (Russia) and Pomerode (Brazil). Here is where research and testing is conducted – often together with our customers. Under the expert guidance of process specialists, basic tests can be carried out on laboratory machines as well as tests on smaller production-scale machines. In addition, comprehensive analysis is available for determination of the success of the comminution and dispersing and for the measurement of additional product properties.

Our workshops prepare you to use our machines effectively and our technical service never leaves you on your own with your questions.
