NETZSCH-CONDUX Mahltechnik GmbH is a world-wide leader in the field of processing of dry products.
The product range comprises machines and plants for crushing and fine grinding, as well as classification of ultrafine powders.
The company headquarters is in Hanau / Main. The facilities not only consist of production and administration, but also a large laboratory in which extensive tests are carried out using NETZSCH-CONDUX Mahltechnik machines and plants in accordance with specific customer requirements.
NETZSCH-CONDUX Mahltechnik belongs to the business unit Grinding & Dispersing of the NETZSCH-Group. World-wide sales channels and a service center enable the best possible co-operation with our customers.
For many years Dr. Roland Nied with his considerable know-how, has been an advisor for the areas of fine grinding and fine classification.
The main fields of application of the NETZSCH-CONDUX Mahltechnik machines and plants are:
| 1932 | Foundation of CONDUX in Großauheim near Hanau with 6 employees. Manufacture of the first toothed disc mills for processing of vulcanized rubber waste. |
| 1936 | Start of international sales. |
| 1942 | Purchase of new factory in Hanau-Wolfgang and transfer of production facilities. |
| 1945 | CONDUX is one of the first companies in the Hanau area to start production after World War II. Reconstruction and production went hand in hand. |
| 1946 | Restart of international sales, only one year after reconstruction. |
| 1948 | Manufacture of the first hammer mills and fine blast mills for laboratory applications. |
| 1952 | Manufacture of the first CONDUX cutting granulator. |
| 1979 | Expansion of the existing range of cutting granulators and their world-wide marketing. |
| 1982 | Celebration of the 50 year company anniversary on the factory premises together with customers and suppliers. |
| 1989 | Restart of activities in the area of fine grinding and new development of universal mills, model CUM, classifiers, model CSM, fluidized bed jet mills, model CGS and fine classifiers, model CFS. |
| 1992 | Expansion of the range of fine grinding machines to fulfil increasing varieties of applications. |
| 1995 | Takeover of the company by the NETZSCH-Group in Selb and incorporation into the business unit Grinding and Dispersing, after having been renamed NETZSCH-CONDUX Mahltechnik. |
| 1996 | Expansion of sales activities in co-operation with the numerous NETZSCH sales offices world-wide. |
| 1998 | Construction of the world´s (first) largest Fluidized Bed Jet Mill CGS 180 |
| 2000 | Introduction of a new quality management system and certification in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 |
| 2002 | Development of the new energy-saving grinding process e-Jet® for jet mills |
| 2003 | Recertification of DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 |
| 2007 | Formal opening of the new toll-grinding facility and start of activities in the area of toll-grinding of customer´s products |
| 2008 | Official introduction of the newly developed grinding process s-Jet® for jet mills |
NETZSCH applications laboratories are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and are part of our comprehensive service program.
The NETZSCH dry grinding and classifying laboratory is located in Hanau/Germany.
This laboratory allows us to accurately test customer products in order to obtain the maximum grinding efficiency according to customer specifications. Grinding tests can be run on both laboratory scale and production sized machines. After testing is complete, a comprehensive test report, including a sample of the final product, is prepared and sent to the customer.
Customers are welcome to take part in the testing of their product, guaranteeing that all tests are run exactly according to their requirements. During the trials, customers will also learn more about our company, its manufacturing abilities and staff.
