General Information

The continuously working agitator bead mills PE 075 / PR 01 and PE 5 / PR 1 S, are the most improved and simplest grinding aggregates of NETZSCH-Feinmahltechnik GmbH. These laboratory mills work with both – the well-known MoliNex- and attritor system.

Several exchangeable tools in different materials are available for both machine designs.

Technology

The agitator tools of these grinding units are fixed by quick fitting coupling of the drive shaft
The grinding tanks of the PE 075 and PR 01 can easily be dismounted
The grinding tank of the PE 5 and PR 1 S is in a tilting position
The MoliNex – eccentric disk agitator shaft radially accelerates the grinding media, with an additionally radial impulse at each circulation of the agitator shaft
An attritor agitator shaft is available as an additional agitator tool
The agitator tools are available in different materials of construction
Can be used in various fields of applications
Speed adjustment via gear motor
