  • Prepare dark chocolate couverture from Cocoa Mass to final bar
  • Develop a greater understanding of the factors affecting the taste of couverture
  • Receive practical instruction on using ChocoEasy® equipment to cost-effectively produce their own couverture, instead of relying on bulk supply
  • Learn more about the cost of making chocolate, including purchasing supplies and the creation of a chocolate-making facility.
