Screening / Classifying

A customized solution, even for the trickiest separation tasks: NETZSCH offers a broad range of systems and technologies for separation. Our screening machines are used primarily for separating oversize particles from special-effect pigments. The dynamic air classifiers master extreme demands – such as abrasive or high-purity products – with the highest degree of separation.

  • Materials with a Mohs hardness up to 10
  • Charge range: < 0.02 mm to < 10 mm
  • Fineness range: 3 µm to 0.3 mm
  • Output range: up to 10,000 t/year

  • Iron particle-free separation of coarse material
  • Processing of products with high adhesion and coating behavior
