Pesticides

Plant protectants are necessary to protect plants from pests that could compromise plant growth (insects, fungal diseases, viruses, bacteria and weeds). Apart from additives, plant protectants usually consist of one or more active substances which give them the desired properties.

Main Types

  • Fungicides protect plants from diseases which affect production rate and quality or, in the worst case, could completely destroy the crop.
  • Herbicides reduce the growth of weeds which affect the production rate and the quality of the crop.
  • Insecticides protect plants against insects. Here, the pests can absorb the insecticide directly or indirectly through their food.

As a rule, plant protectants are extremely temperature-sensitive substances that place correspondingly high demands on machine and plant engineering.

For the industrial production of plant protectants NETZSCH Grinding & Dispersing provides you with the latest technologies and processes suitable for your application according to the latest standards.

Wet Grinding

Products & Solutions in the field of Wet Grinding
Grinding System Neos

The agitator cooling with the newly-developed Neos grinding system stands for maximum performance, product quality and efficiency. Coupled with the reliable use of extremely small grinding media, you can achieve your required product quality with high production output and low specific energy consumption.

Grinding System Zeta® - formerly LMZ

The Zeta® grinding system is, in every respect, a user friendly, low-maintenance and very reliable grinding system.

Grinding System Discus - formerly LME

The grinding system Discus is the quantum leap in disk grinding technology. The further optimized Discus disk agitator combined with the NETZSCH ~DCC® separation system guarantees you extremely high throughput rates with significantly narrower dwell time distributions and therefore more intensive grinding with uniform impact intensity.

LaBaratory agitator bead mill Alpha® Lab

The LabStar laboratory-scale agitator bead mill is one of the most successful machines in the history of NETZSCH-Feinmahltechnik GmbH. With the new Alpha® Lab laboratory agitator bead mill, the concept of the new generation of agitator bead mills, presented for the first time in 2015 with the Alpha®® 22 and the Alpha®® 45, has been consistently transferred to the laboratory mill.

Dry Grinding

Products & Solutions in the field of Dry Grinding
CGS Fluidized Bed Jet Mill

The combination of an air jet mill and a dynamic air classifier represent fine dry grinding in perfection. The highest of final finenesses with an exact maximum particle size limitation become reproducible. The development of the new e-Jet® and s-Jet® grinding methods constantly yields new, interesting areas of application, both economically and technically. Applicable for finenesses from 1 to 70 µm (d97).

Machine sizes available for grinding air volumes from approx. 50 to 12,000 Nm³/h.

ConJet® High-Density Bed Jet Mill

The ConJet® high-density bed jet mill is a spiral jet mill combined with a patented dynamic air classifier. This classifier enables the ConJet® to achieve highest finenesses independent of the product load, and therefore also highest throughput rates. Applicable for finenesses from 2.5 to 70 µm (d97).

Machine sizes available for grinding air volumes from approx. 50 to 2,400 Nm³/h.

CGS 10 and CGS 16 Fluidized Bed Jet Mills

The smallest jet mills for virtually contamination-free fine grinding with an integrated classifier wheel – highest finenesses also achievable with the hardest of products.

For finenesses from 2.5 to 70 µm (d97).

Machine sizes with grinding air capacities of approximately 35 to 125 Nm³/h.

ConJet® 10 and ConJet® 16 High-Density Bed Jet Mills

A new interpretation of the spiral jet mill – with grinding finenesses adjusted by an integrated air classifier – for even steeper particle size distributions.

For finenesses from 2.5 to 70 µm (d97).

Machine sizes with grinding air capacities of approximately 35 to 125 Nm³/h.

CSM Classifier Mill

The dynamic air classifier integrated into the grinding chamber housing of this fine impact mill manufactures fine particle sizes with a defined maximum particle size limitation. Internal classification of the coarse material results in a more stable and energy efficient process than a mill with an external classification circuit. Applicable for finenesses from 10 to 150 µm (d97).

Machine sizes with drive capacities from 1.5 - 250 kW and air volume of approx. 50 - 26,000 Nm³/h.

Impact Mill Condux®

The mechanical fine impact mill or centrifugal mill is usually operated in the form of a pin disc mill, blast mill, wing beater mill or grooved disc mill. Many products and finenesses for a wide variety of applications are processed with the universal mill, with a wide range of rotor and stator combinations that can be easily changed. Applicable for finenesses from 30 to 800 µm (d97).

Machine sizes with drive capacities from 1.1 - 250 kW and air volume of approx. 140 - 31,000 Nm³/h.

Impact Mill Condux® 60

The universal laboratory mill – flexible, easy to operate! For a high variety of products and finenesses.

For finenesses from 30 to 800 µm (d97).

Machine size with grinding air capacity of approximately 70 to 280 Nm³/h.
