Fine grinding - wet
You achieve the grinding or dispersing of your products down to the micro or nanometer range with state-of-the-art grinding technology. You profit from the know-how of a world market leader in the field of wet grinding!

Mixing
Mixing and Dispersing – different mixing aggregates are available for your special mixing task.

Fine grinding – dry
The fine grinding of dry products is our core competence. Our extensive machine program offers the right solution for nearly all of your tasks. Finenesses of 1 µm (d97) into the millimeter range can be achieved, repeatedly.

Classifying
The CONDUX high-performance classifier type CFS/HD-S classifies finest particle fractions without any problems. Both the separation of undesirable coarse particles (e.g. grit) as well as the clean de-dusting of fine portions down to a range of 1 µm (d97) are possible.

Packing
If you need your final products specially packaged - no problem! Depending on your demand, we pack your products in big bags, barrels, drums or tanks.

Analyzing / Quality Control
The measuring devices installed in our well equipped analysis laboratory are naturally also available to you as an individual service! Particle size determination using laser diffraction measuring devices, screen analyses with air jet- or vibrating screens as well as determination of moisture are all part of our service for you!

The smallest jet mills for virtually contamination-free fine grinding with an integrated classifier wheel – highest finenesses also achievable with the hardest of products.

For finenesses from 2.5 to 70 µm (d97).

Machine sizes with grinding air capacities of approximately 35 to 125 Nm³/h.

Impact Mill Condux®

The mechanical fine impact mill or centrifugal mill is usually operated in the form of a pin disc mill, blast mill, wing beater mill or grooved disc mill. Many products and finenesses for a wide variety of applications are processed with the universal mill, with a wide range of rotor and stator combinations that can be easily changed. Applicable for finenesses from 30 to 800 µm (d97).

Machine sizes with drive capacities from 1.1 - 250 kW and air volume of approx. 140 - 31,000 Nm³/h.

These fast operating fine cutting mills are the choice for the pulverization of fibrous, soft or elastic products. This type of cutting mill distinguishes itself through the optimization of number and position of the knives and the high cutting stroke rate.

Applicable for finenesses from 0.1 to 3 mm (d97).

Machine sizes available with drive capacities from 15 to 90 kW.

CFS/HD-S High-efficiency Fine Classifier
CFS/HD-S High-efficiency Fine Classifier

The requirements of many product applications such as improved separation sharpness and finer cut points, are no problem for the CFS/HD-S range of High-efficiency Fine Classifiers.

Thanks to the maximum predispersion of the product to be classified, the targeted cut point and sharpness of cut can be optimized distinctly.

Available for finenesses from 2.5 to 60 µm (d97).

Machine sizes available for gas volume from approximately 50 to 16.000 Nm³/h.

CGS Fluidized Bed Jet Mill

The combination of an air jet mill and a dynamic air classifier represent fine dry grinding in perfection. The highest of final finenesses with an exact maximum particle size limitation become reproducible. The development of the new e-Jet® and s-Jet® grinding methods constantly yields new, interesting areas of application, both economically and technically. Applicable for finenesses from 1 to 70 µm (d97).

Analysis Laboratory

We are aware that constant product quality at high standards is a crucial criteria for our customers. To ensure the quality you need, we continuously draw product samples for analysis in our inhouse laboratory during processing. For this purpose, we have the following measuring equipment:

Toll Grinding at Location Bobingen
