Impact Mill Condux®

The mechanical fine impact mill or centrifugal mill is usually operated in the form of a pin disc mill, blast mill, wing beater mill or grooved disc mill. Many products and finenesses for a wide variety of applications are processed with the universal mill, with a wide range of rotor and stator combinations that can be easily changed. Applicable for finenesses from 30 to 800 µm (d97).

Machine sizes with drive capacities from 1.1 - 250 kW and air volume of approx. 140 - 31,000 Nm³/h.

ConJet® High-Density Bed Jet Mill

The ConJet® high-density bed jet mill is a spiral jet mill combined with a patented dynamic air classifier. This classifier enables the ConJet® to achieve highest finenesses independent of the product load, and therefore also highest throughput rates. Applicable for finenesses from 2.5 to 70 µm (d97).

Machine sizes available for grinding air volumes from approx. 50 to 2,400 Nm³/h.

CSM Classifier Mill

The dynamic air classifier integrated into the grinding chamber housing of this fine impact mill manufactures fine particle sizes with a defined maximum particle size limitation. Internal classification of the coarse material results in a more stable and energy efficient process than a mill with an external classification circuit. Applicable for finenesses from 10 to 150 µm (d97).

Machine sizes with drive capacities from 1.5 - 250 kW and air volume of approx. 50 - 26,000 Nm³/h.

CGS Fluidized Bed Jet Mill

The combination of an air jet mill and a dynamic air classifier represent fine dry grinding in perfection. The highest of final finenesses with an exact maximum particle size limitation become reproducible. The development of the new e-Jet® and s-Jet® grinding methods constantly yields new, interesting areas of application, both economically and technically. Applicable for finenesses from 1 to 70 µm (d97).

SecoMy® Fine Cutting Mill

The fast operating fine cutting mills SecoMy® are the choice for the pulverization of fibrous, ductile, soft, viscoplastic or temperature-sensitive products. This type of cutting mill distinguishes itself through the optimization of number and position of the knives and the high cutting stroke rate.

CFS Ultra-Fine Classifier

When a screening machine cannot be used, due to its separation limitations:

With our „standard“ ultra-fine classifier, CFS, fine powders can be cleanly classified. High performance classification and efficient results are valid for both coarse material and the separation of fines.

CFS/HD-S High-efficiency Fine Classifier

The requirements of many product applications such as improved separation sharpness and finer cut points, are no problem for the CFS/HD-S range of High-efficiency Fine Classifiers.

Thanks to the maximum predispersion of the product to be classified, the targeted cut point and sharpness of cut can be optimized distinctly.

InlineStar High-performance Fine Classifier

This newest fine classifier was conceived to combine with an upstream mill. The direct integration of the InlineStar classifier behind a mill creates a continuous grinding/classifying plant that reduces the number of required plant components.
