A perfect solution all round – Chocolate Production with NETZSCH
On the ProSweets 2013 the confectionery trade show for suppliers NETZSCH focused on all our senses, a tempting chocolate flavor scented the exhibition hall and the noble aromatic flavor of the lovingly crafted pralines rounded off a coherent overall picture. In addition the visitors were offered different highlights for their eyes.
The trade visitors were able to closely witness the fascinating process of chocolate production from the composition of the raw materials to the distribution of the ready-to-serve pralines on the spacious 195 m² booth of NETZSCH-Feinmahltechnik.
NETZSCH-Feinmahltechnik presented the pilot plant ChocoEasy® 50 for the live chocolate production and demonstrated the innovative dry conching process with a ChocoEasy® 1500 – System Rumba®.
The guided presentations enabled the trade visitors to gain insight into this NETZSCH technology and it was possible for them to test the quality of the live produced chocolate on the spot. The staff of Storath-Confiserie, based in Scheßlitz-Stübig near Bamberg, professionally created pralines from the produced chocolate mass. The great variety of different praline types was offered to the visitors in a visually attractive way, by a living doll.
The various highlights contributed to a busy booth throughout all days of the exhibition and a large number of high-quality international contacts could be established.
