The printing of textiles has changed over the years. Screen-printing has been the primary selection for printing, but the use of digital printing is growing quickly.

Digital technology has already become a strong favourite for major textile applications such as fast fashion, displays & banners, apparel fabrics, household and technical textiles. The majority of digital printing on textile is on polyester fabrics using dye sublimation and NETZSCH Grinding & Dispersing machinery leads the way in the preparation of these inks, as well as the pigmented inkjet inks, which are increasingly in demand.

Molino Jet de lecho fluidizado CGS

La combinación de un molino jet y un clasificador dinámico por aire, da como resultado una perfecta molienda en vía seca. Es posible alcanzar y reproducir la finura final deseada dentro de unos límites exactos de tamaño de partícula. El desarrollo de los nuevos e-Jet® y s-Jet®, está abriendo nuevos campos de aplicación, hasta ahora vedados a la molienda por chorro de aire, por razones económicas o técnicas. Es aplicable para finuras desde 1 a 70 µm (d97).

Tamaños de máquinas disponibles para volúmenes de aire de molienda desde aprox. 50 a 12.000 Nm³/h.

Molino de impacto Condux®

El molino fino de impacto o molino centrífugo normalmente trabaja con las siguientes configuraciones: molino de disco con pins, de palas, de alas batidoras o molino con disco ranurado. Con el molino Universal se pueden procesar un amplio rango de productos y finuras, combinando y cambiando fácilmente distintos rotor y estátors. Se usa para finuras desde 30 a 800 µm (d97).

Tamaños de máquina desde 1,1 - 250 kW y volúmenes de aire de aprox. 140 - 31.000 Nm³/h.

Epsilon Inline Disperser

With the Epsilon, NETZSCH offers a new, compact solution for producing homogeneous dispersionswith reproducible quality in an inline process. Here, the dispersion process takes place in an atmospherically sealed processing chamber and is thus dust and emission free.

NETZSCH Omega®

Successful dispersion requires targeted force in order to separate agglomerated particles. The Omega® Economic Disperser applies dispersive forces then and there, where they are especially effective: in the Omega® disperser body, energy is transformed into very high speeds under pressure.

The LabStar laboratory-scale agitator bead mill is one of the most successful machines in the history of NETZSCH-Feinmahltechnik GmbH. With the new Alpha® Lab laboratory agitator bead mill, the concept of the new generation of agitator bead mills, presented for the first time in 2015 with the Alpha®® 22 and the Alpha®® 45, has been consistently transferred to the laboratory mill.
