La operación de mezcla y la de dispersión, se realizan de forma separada, por lo que el proceso es extremadamente eficiente desde el punto de vista energético, factor especialmente útil para lotes de más de 2000 lt.
El mezclador intensivo es de diseño compacto y cerrado, cosa que permite su integración dentro de plantas totalmente automáticas y también previene contaminaciones de gases y polvo.
