Мониторинг оборудования в режиме реального времени

Notify - это программный продукт, который обеспечивает мониторинг в реальном времени переменных параметров машины и процесса, т.е. отображает такие параметры в реальном времени на компьютере, мобильном телефоне или планшете.

Notify не зависит от операционной системы конечного устройства.

Основным требованием является наличие подключения к сети Интернет и соответствующего соединения с машиной через шлюз, доступный из всех популярных веб-браузеров. Данная функция уже доступна на машинах NETZSCH с новейшей системой управления IRIS.

Кому нужен Notify?

С помощью Notify оператор или руководитель производства может получить данные о рабочем статусе машины в любое время и из любого места. Обладая соответствующими правами доступа можно задавать пороговые или предельные значения, выход за которые определяет критическое рабочее состояние машины.

 

Notify отправляет уведомления определенной группе получателей, чтобы оператор машины мог вмешаться в процесс до того, как произойдет аварийное отключение.

Case Studies

The operator is alerted via the Notify app that the mill is no longer receiving power.

In order to control the quality of the production batches, appropriate samples must be taken.

All machines are networked with Notify so that the operator can store times for each mill in the app as a notification.

Due to the reactivity of the carbon particles (agglomeration), the viscosity of the product increases sharply during the process.

An inline mass/viscosity measuring device was integrated into the process and linked to the control system and the Notify app.

The operator can now set a viscosity limit via a freely adjustable Notify message and will receive a notification when the value is reached.

With Notify, the operator and production manager are no longer tied to the machine and receive an optimal and comprehensible process control / overview).
