电池隔膜

 

为了防止电池内部短路, 阴阳电极间需要隔膜存在。 隔膜通常由塑料制成 (e.g. PE, PP), 有空隙可以让离子通过。

为了增加热稳定性和防止收缩,一个合成了无机材料的隔膜(带陶瓷涂层的薄片)被更加广泛地使用。

这里所使用的陶瓷材料通常需要研磨到亚微米级。湿法研磨比如 Zeta®, Neos 或者 Zeta® RS 可用于这些涂层的生产。
